I was raped, says woman who ‘had sex with boy of 14’
A 59-YEAR-OLD woman had sex with her friend’s 14-year-old son on holiday after telling him, “your mum thinks you’re a boy but I know you’re a man”, a court has heard.
Gail Dickinson was allegedly seen by the victim’s grandmother having sex on the balcony of an apartment in San Antonio, Ibiza. But Ms Dickinson, from Glenrothes in Fife, claimed in court that she was being raped. The Daily Record reported that the grandmother had told Dunfermline Sheriff Court she heard Ms Dickinson, said to be a friend of the family, tell the boy he had a “lovely package”, which she thought was “inappropriate”.
Ms Dickinson denies engaging in sexual activity with the teenager by kissing him, touching him, performing oral sex and engaging in sexual intercourse in June last year.
Denying she was a “sexual predator”, Ms Dickinson claimed the boy had forced himself on her.
Giving evidence by video link, the boy said he had been out for drinks with his mother and Ms Dickinson, who was giving him extra alcohol, and was “pretty drunk” when they returned to the apartment. He said Ms Dickinson “came on” to him and she led him to the balcony where they had sex. He said: “I was stunned. I regretted it.”
The trial continues.
