The Duke of York, Chancellor, University of Huddersfie­ld, this morning visited the National University of Public Service, Budapest, Hungary.

His Royal Highness later visited the Suhanj Olympic Training Facility, Budapest.

The Duke of York, Founder, Pitch@palace, afterwards held Pitch@palace Hungary for entreprene­urs and supporters at Vidago, Budapest.

The Earl of Wessex this morning attended the Patriot Day Observance Ceremony at the Pentagon, 1400 Defence Pentagon, Arlington, Virginia, United States of America, and afterwards toured the Pentagon.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Internatio­nal Award Foundation, today attended a Luncheon in Mclean, Virginia.

The Earl of Wessex, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Internatio­nal Award Foundation, this afternoon visited Prince’s Court, Washington DC Internatio­nal Tennis Club of Washington, 1800 Old Meadow Road, Mclean, as part of His Royal Highness’s Duke of Edinburgh’s Award Real Tennis Tour.

The Earl of Wessex this evening attended a Reception given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America (His Excellency Sir Kim Darroch) at the residence in Washington DC to celebrate the Four Hundredth Anniversar­y of the founding of Virginia.

His Royal Highness, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Internatio­nal Award Foundation, afterwards attended a Dinner given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to the United States of America.

The Countess of Wessex, President, Brainwave, this morning attended a Charity Trading Day at BGC Partners, 1 Churchill Place, London E14.

Her Royal Highness, Chairman, Women in Business Committee, The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, later held a Meeting at Buckingham Palace.

The Princess Royal, Patron, Sense Internatio­nal, this afternoon attended a Luncheon at Ten Trinity Square Private Club, London EC3.

Her Royal Highness afterwards visited Joseph Joseph Limited, the Grove, 30 Great Guildford Street, London SE1, and, having been received by Professor David Phoenix (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London), presented The Queen’s Award for Enterprise.

The Princess Royal, Patron, the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, later received Mr Robert Robson at Buckingham Palace upon relinquish­ing his appointmen­t as Chief Executive Officer and Commodore Adrian Bell, RN, upon assuming the appointmen­t.

Her Royal Highness, President, Carers Trust, accompanie­d by Vice Admiral Sir Tim Laurence, this evening attended a Reception followed by Dinner at the Ritz London, 150 Piccadilly, London W1.
