Ian Brady raped me, says Hindley in legal papers

Myra Hindley claimed she was raped and abused by Ian Brady, in papers handed over on her deathbed.

Written for lawyers and until now kept under wraps, they allege Brady sadistically abused her, threatening her with death if she refused him.

They were intended to help her appeal to reduce her life sentence as she was taken from prison to West Sussex Hospital, where she died four days later in 2002. It prompted Brady to write to the home secretary to scupper her efforts. Hindley and Brady, the Moors Murderers, killed five children in the Sixties.
