AGM revolt at Sirius Real Estate

Some 23.9pc of investors at Sirius Real Estate’s annual meeting voted against the re-election of Wessel Hamman as a nonexecutive. Mr Hamman is a director of the property firm’s second-largest shareholder, leaving it with three independent directors on the six-strong board.
