Derby see off United in penalty shoot-out

Man United were knocked out of the Carabao Cup by Derby last night, losing 8-7 on penalties. Frank Lampard overcame his mentor Jose Mourinho, who managed him at Chelsea, in a dramatic game at Old Trafford.
