Hold the Dark (2018)

 This new, haunting thriller, based on the book of the same name by William Giradli, premiered at the Toronto Film Festival. It’s directed by Jeremy Saulnier (Green Room, Blue Ruin) and stars Alexander Skarsgård and Westworld’s Jeffrey Wright. In the middle of a harsh Alaskan winter, a naturalist (Wright) hunts for a pack of wolves deemed responsible for the killing of a boy, but soon finds that all is not as it seems as a mystery unfolds.
