Teacher in pupil sex case had abortion, court told

A teacher accused of having sex with a pupil in the lavatory of a plane after a school trip told her ex-boyfriend that she had lost her unborn baby, a court has heard.

Andrew Hall said Eleanor Wilson, 29, had told him she was pregnant but later said she had lost the baby during emergency hospital treatment. He subsequently learnt from police investigating the schoolboy sex allegations that the science teacher had had an abortion, Bristol Crown Court heard.

Ms Wilson denies having sex with a teenager during a flight home from a school trip in 2015. The case continues.
