Japanese PM’S message to Britain

Shinzo Abe, the Japanese prime minister, said Britain would be welcomed “with open arms” if it chose to join the Trans-pacific Partnership trade deal once it had left the EU. As well as Japan, the deal includes Brunei, Chile, New Zealand, Singapore, Australia, Canada, Malaysia, Mexico and Peru.
