Flu vaccine supplies

- Roger Bruck

SIR – There is no shortage of flu vaccine at my local practice (Letters, October 6).

I received a reminder letter last Wednesday, phoned the surgery for an appointment and was advised to go along on Saturday at 9am. On the day, I was injected with (according to the nurse) a “new vaccine”, and left the surgery at 9.10am. Gill Maden

SIR – In my doctor’s waiting room there was a sign saying: “Please queue here for a flu jab for over 65 years.”
