Limousine operator is charged over 20 deaths

The operator of a limousine company that owned the vehicle involved in a crash that killed 20 people in upstate New York has been taken into custody and charged with criminally negligent homicide, police said last night. Nauman Hussain was held following a traffic stop near Albany, police said.
