Bridge under troubled water

Walkers cross a bridge as water cascades over the Caban-coch dam, at Elan Village in Powys, Wales, after recent torrential rain filled the Elan Valley dam complex, taking river levels to the tops of the banks. The Caban-coch reservoir supplies Birmingham with water via a gravity feed.
