His Excellency Mr Phongsavanh Sisoulath was received in audience by The Queen today and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Sisoulath was also received by Her Majesty.
His Excellency Mr Fesseha Shawel Gebre was received in audience by The Queen and presented the Letters of Recall of his predecessor and his own Letters of Credence as Ambassador from the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia to the Court of St James’s.
Mrs Asegedech Amberber was also received by Her Majesty.
Sir Simon Mcdonald (Permanent Under-secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs) was present.
The Rt Hon Boris Johnson, MP (Prime Minister and First Lord of the Treasury), had an audience of The Queen this afternoon.

The Prince of Wales today undertook the following engagements in Tokyo, Japan.
His Royal Highness this morning visited the Wales team’s Rugby World Cup training ground at the Prince Chichibu Memorial Stadium.
The Prince of Wales afterwards visited HMS Enterprise in Tokyo Harbour.
His Royal Highness this afternoon visited the Zojoji Temple.
The Prince of Wales later attended a Reception at the Mitsukoshi Department Store.
His Royal Highness afterwards received Mr Taro Aso (Deputy Prime Minister of Japan) at the Residence of Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Japan.
The Prince of Wales subsequently attended a Reception given by Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Japan (His Excellency Mr Paul Madden) at the Residence.
His Royal Highness this evening attended a Dinner for The Emperor of Japan given by Mr Shinzo Abe (Prime Minister of Japan) at the New Otani Hotel.
The Duchess of Cornwall, Royal Colonel, 4th Battalion The Rifles, this morning received Lieutenant Colonel Peter Baines upon relinquishing his appointment as Commanding Officer and Lieutenant Colonel James Allen upon assuming the appointment.
Her Royal Highness afterwards received Colonel Richard Charrington (Colonel, The Royal Lancers, Queen Elizabeths’ Own).
The Duchess of Cornwall this evening held a Reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate the Seventy Fifth Anniversary of ABF The Soldiers’ Charity.

The Princess Royal, President, Riding for the Disabled Association, this morning attended the Scottish Supra Regional Conference at Ingliston Country Club, Old Greenock Road, Bishopton, and was received by Her Majesty’s Lord-lieutenant of Renfrewshire (Colonel Peter Mccarthy).
Her Royal Highness, Patron, Opportunity International United Kingdom, this afternoon received Mr Edward Fox upon relinquishing his appointment as Chief Executive Officer and Mr Samuel Bickersteth upon assuming the appointment.
The Princess Royal, Patron, the Wellington Trust, this evening attended a Dinner onboard HQS Wellington at Temple Stairs, Victoria Embankment, London WC2, to mark the Tenth Anniversary of Friends of the Wellington and was received by Vice Admiral Sir Adrian Johns (Deputy Lieutenant of Greater London).
