Chelsea Pensioners wear face masks during a visit by the Duchess of Cornwall. More than 30 residents of the Royal Hospital Chelsea lined up for an inspection parade. The Duchess paid tribute to Britain’s Armed Forces in a speech as she sympathised with Chelsea Pensioners over the death of 10 colleagues during the pandemic. “I should like to express my heartfelt sympathy to the families of those who have died, and to each of you as you go through the painful process of adjusting to the gap left by those much-loved friends,” she said.
