Packing a punch
Aldi has provided a set of healthy and easy to make packed lunch recipes for under £3 to help those who are returning back to work maintain the savings they’ve enjoyed during lockdown.
As more people return to work, the temptation is perhaps to buy lunch on-the-go.
To help save money with nutritionally balanced meals, Aldi has developed quick and healthy lunch time recipes that can easily be made at home.
Each recipe ranges from as little as 80p to just under £3 per person. All recipes are on the Aldi website.
You will need the following ingredients and essential seasoning items, like salt, pepper and olive oil.
Chicken Salad Pittas (serves 6 £0.80 per serving) :
White / Wholemeal Pittas – 1 pack of 6
Flame grilled / Tikka chicken breast slices – 1 pack of 200g Spring Onions – 2 packs
