FOXDENTON LEMON & CUCUMBER GIN MOJITO

ingredients

50ml Foxdenton Lemon & Cucumber Gin

15ml elderflower cordial

Crushed ice

Tonic to fill

Mint leaves and lemon to garnish

Method

Muddle mint at the base of a highball glass. Add Foxdenton Lemon & Cucumber Gin and cordial. Add crushed ice until three-quarters full. Stir to combine and top up with ice and tonic. Garnish with mint and lemon. Serve.
