50ml Rock Rose Scottish Gin 25ml lime

12.5ml mint syrup

Crushed ice

Method

Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with fresh mint.
