BERRY IS ARGYLE’S MAIN MAN

PLYMOUTH Argyle boss John Sheridan singled out Durrell Berry for his outstanding start to the season despite his side’s poor form.

The 21-year-old full-back’s performances have been set as the example for the rest of Sheridan’s side to follow.

“He’s started the season really well,” said Sheridan. “I don’t normally pick players out but I will do – he’s playing at a level where I expect the other players to be.

“The players are the ones who'll get us out of it. I've got to keep them on my side but they know my feelings.”
