CHARNI’S EAGER TO IMPRESS

-

CARLISLE on-loan midfielder Charni Ekangamene hopes to follow the lead of his Manchester United team-mates after his move to Brunton Park.

Carlisle have made a habit of raiding Old Trafford for players this season – with the tally now standing at five after Ekangamene and Sam Byrne moved north.

Reece James, Ben Amos and Tom Lawrence have previously been at Carlisle and Ekangamene said:“We share opinions and Tom said it was really good here.

“My coach, Warren Joyce, also said if I came here it will be a great experience and I will see how it is to play in the league against men.”
