READING IS KEY FOR JÉRÉMY

SHEFFIELD Wednesday boss Stuart Gray says Jérémy Hélan still has a lot to learn as he takes on a new role in the team.

The 22-year-old Frenchman has played at left-back for a number of games this season and, according to Gray, he is not the finished product just yet.

“Jérémy is very quick; not many people are going to beat him in a footrace, so we’ve converted him from a left-winger to a left-back,” said the Hillsborough manager.

“It’s a learning curve for Jérémy.What he probably needs to learn is the reading of the game, so he’s not having to go flat out all the time.”
