JIMMY Dack has told his squad to ex­pect busi­ness as usual af­ter ad­mit­ting some play­ers have voiced con­cerns over their fu­tures at Rod­ney Pa­rade.

Dack took over at New­port County af­ter Justin Ed­in­burgh left for Gilling­ham and the 42-year-old is ru­moured to be keen on join­ing up with the Gills boss this sum­mer, leav­ing out-of­con­tract play­ers wor­ried.

“Gone are the days when you have play­ers on two or three-year con­tracts in League Two,” he said. “I’ve told the play­ers that we are all fight­ing for our fu­tures.”
