UNLUCKY SCOTT’S HIT AGAIN
SCOTT Hogan’s injury hell is not over after the Brentford striker discovered he will go under the knife again soon.
The 23-year-old suffered anterior cruciate ligament damage in August shortly after arriving at the club from Rochdale.
After an operation in September he travelled to Philadelphia in the New Year to continue his recovery but unlucky Hogan has been struck down yet again.
“Scott caught his foot in the turf whilst making a sidefoot pass and has sustained a further injury to the same knee,” said Brentford’s medical chief Neil Greig.
“I would anticipate knowing more regarding timescales following surgery.”
