CRAIG’S STILL GOT HUNGER
SCOTLAND international Craig Mackail-Smith will attempt to get his career back on track by reuniting with John Still at Luton Town.
Still gave Mackail-Smith his first professional contract at Dagenham & Redbridge in 2004 and re-signed the 31-year-old striker after he spent pre-season training with the Hatters.
“Still was a big factor in me coming here and wanting to enjoy my football again and have a big smile on my face,” the striker said.
“He’s calmed down a little bit. He’s not as mad as when I first met him.
“He’s assembled a fantastic squad this season and hopefully it can be a successful one.”
