SANDRO’S PLACE NOT AUTOMATIC
HE MAY have finally resolved his visa issues, but Brazil international Sandro’s troubles are not over yet with QPR boss Chris Ramsey admitting he will have to earn his place back.
Sandro missed the last three games of relegated Rangers season after the club were advised not to pick him because of a work permit issue.
That has now been resolved, but Ramsey said: “We have to make sure there is a meritocracy at the club and people have to fight their way in.
“He won’t come straight back into the team. Once you create that competition, I think the standards will go up even more.”
