PLYMOUTH boss Derek Adams admits match-winner Graham Carey already feels part of the furniture after the midfielder’s stunning goal lifted the Pilgrims into second – and sent Newport bottom.
The former Ross County star, signed by Adams over the summer, capped a magnificent performance with an emphatic finish two minutes before the break.
The scoreline did little to reflect the overwhelming superiority enjoyed by the Pilgrims as they fashioned a steady stream of chances.
But Adams was thrilled to see his side rack up a fourth win from their first five league games and saluted Carey for producing another mesmerising display.
