WAIT FOR HUGILL TO PRESS ON

-

PRESTON North End boss Simon Grayson reckons there is plenty more to come from Jordan Hugill after the young striker signed a new deal keeping him at Deepdale until 2018.

The 23-year-old moved to the Lilywhites from Port Vale in June 2014 and scored twice in six outings before loan spells at Tranmere and Hartlepool.

Hugill has already notched against Crewe and Bournemouth so far this season and Grayson is excited about the future.

“When we signed Jordan we knew we were getting a raw, hungry young player,” he said.“Last season he did well for us but it was a stopstart year due to injury.”
