LLOYD IS LEARNING AT VALE

RYAN LLOYD is keen to continue his run of appearances in the Port Vale first team after replacing the injured Enoch Andoh on the left wing.

Lloyd, who captains Vale’s reserve side, admits he has big boots to fill, but insists he is learning more from being involved in the first team.

“I have been at the club since I was seven years old and this is where I want to be, playing with the first team, and hopefully doing as well as I can,” said the 21year-old.

“This has been a lot different from playing in the reserves. Everything is so much faster, so you have to make sure that you are switched on constantly.”
