Best mate at the club? I get on with everyone – we have a good group of lads. If I had to choose anyone it would be James Collins. He’s my roommate so I spend the most time with him. Last to buy dinner? We had dinner last week and there were six of us. We asked the waiter to put all of our cards in a hat and pick one – whoever it was had to pay. It ended up being Tyrone Barnett and he had to spend about £100. The Fifa king? We don’t really play Fifa but I guess I could say Mark Halstead because he is pretty good at playing those games. Most of us would rather play Call of Duty – we are all just big kids. Worst dressed? I’m going to have to say Matt Tootle. It’s October, it’s freezing and he came in the other day wearing grey shorts, a grey hoodie and flip-flops. He has had some stick from the lads. Dressing room DJ? Tyrone Barnett, as he plays a mixture of music like RnB and House. It is good, to be fair. Most skilful? Jordan Clark. He is a small lad but he has fast feet. He is hard to catch once he gets going down the pitch. He has great feet and is fantastic to watch. Late for training? Jermaine Grandison is always late... Teacher’s pet? Abu Ogogo as he just doesn’t seem to put a foot wrong. The gaffer (Micky Mellon) really likes him. He is a great lad and we all like him but he cannot put a foot out of place. Worst cook? I think there are a few who are rubbish. Darren McKnight is terrible. He’s only a young boy and doesn’t know what he’s doing. Pasta and pesto is all he knows, he makes it all the time. First on the dancefloor? It would have to be Jordan Clark and Scott Vernon. When we have a night out, we will all have a few drinks – you have a look up and those two will be on the dance floor before you know it. Most likely to disgrace themselves at the Christmas party? Definitely James Collins, because of last year. We were out on a Sunday in fancy dress and he was arguing with a couple of Birmingham players. He then ended up somehow falling over in his fancy dress outfit. It was quite funny to watch. Worst tattoo? There are only a few lads who have tattoos and no-one has any particularly bad ones. Obviously, I have the best ones, though. Never puts their phone down? All of them. There will be about eight or nine players in the dressing room and they are all sitting there on their phones – not even talking to one another, just staring at their phone screens. Partial to a sunbed? I’d have to say James Caton. He constantly looks like one of those people who have a year-round tan. He is tanned from head to toe and you look at him and think ‘how can that be possible?’ Going to make the best manager? Obviously, it is me. I am the only one of them all doing my coaching badges at the moment with the club, so I will definitely make the best manager!
