SPEED IS KEY FOR PRESSLEY

FLEETWOOD Town boss Steven Pressley knows what he wants to add to his squad when the transfer window opens in January – pace.

Since Pressley took charge at Highbury Stadium last month, Fleetwood have experienced an upturn in form, with two of their four League One wins – ahead of the weekend – coming under the Scotsman’s stewardship.

But the former Coventry boss believes there is still a key ingredient missing.

“We still lack blistering speed,” said Pressley.

“That’s an area that in time we are going to have to address. If we are going to be quick on the transition you need speed in your side.”
