ALEX CAN REPEAT THE TRICK
BEN Garratt believes Crewe Alexandra’s experience of beating the drop last season puts them in good stead to repeat the feat this time around.
Steve Davis’ side survived by two points last year and began this weekend bottom of League One, six points from safety.
But goalkeeper Garratt is looking up.
“We’ve been in this position before and, as everyone knows, we have got out of it,” said the 21-year-old.
“We are certainly very confident that we can do that. Most of the lads have experienced this before and it’s nothing new to us.
“There are still plenty of points to play for.”
