DAGGERS DOUBLE UP WITH DUO

DAGENHAM & Redbridge manager John Still has bolstered his squad this week with the signings of defender Harry Hickford from MK Dons and striker Oliver Hawkins from Hemel Hempstead Town.

Centre-back Hickford has already spent time on loan at Torquay this term and is set to stay with Daggers until February 14.

Hawkins, meanwhile, has penned a two-and-a-half year deal and manager Still is delighted with his work.

“Ollie is a player we have watched for some time,” he said.“Everyone who saw him was impressed.

“I tried before at Luton but the fact that I changed clubs is Dagenham’s gain!”
