SEASIDERS BUILD A FORTRESS

-

ASSISTANT boss Richie Kyle believes a trip to Blackpool is no longer a nice day out for their League One rivals.

The Tangerines have won three of their last five home matches, including putting five past Scunthorpe United without reply.

That is a marked improvement on the four victories they mustered at Bloomfield Road last season.

Kyle said: “Teams are starting to take note of what we’ve been doing and thinking it’s a tough place to come.

“We aren’t just difficult to beat any more.We also offer a threat. We are going into every game thinking we can win it now.”
