RORY BACK IN BUSINESS
RORY Fallon feared his career was over and claims that is making him all the hungrier for success after signing for Bristol Rovers.
The 33-year-old striker last played a competitive game in October 2014 when he suffered a serious knee ligament injury.
“There was many a night that I was lying in my bed thinking it was the end,” said Fallon, who joins the Gas on non-contract terms.
“I didn’t want to end my career on an injury because I felt I still had a lot to offer.
“It has given me a period of restoration and reflection and that has only increased my hunger for the game.
“When something has been taken away from you it only makes you want it more.”
