AD GRAFT, SAYS RUSS

CHARLTON boss Russell Slade has urged starlet Ademola Lookman to add graft to his game if he wants to reach the top. The 18-year-old, who can play up front or on the wing, has Premier League suitors, but Slade wants more. “On the ball, Ademola is as good as anybody – if not the best,” said Slade. “It is when he’s not on the ball that he has got to do more.”
