£1 KEEPER LOVES LIFE

COLIN DOYLE says it’s been all change this season as he adjusts to life as Bradford City goalkeeper.

Last season, Doyle was the last line of defence as Blackpool were relegated to League Two.

But, after joining the Bantams this summer for £1, the 31-year-old goalkeeper has been doing most of the talking with his play.

“It’s different from last year when I had to make four or five saves a game,” Doyle said. “Now it’s only the odd save. I’ve probably had more to do with my feet as we’re trying to play out from the back.”
