REUBEN IN MIX AGAIN
ROCHDALE manager Keith Hill is relishing the thought of a fit-again Reuben Noble-Lazarus after the winger, 23, returned to training this week after an ankle injury.
He became the youngest player ever to appear in the Football League, at 15, when he made his debut for Barnsley but was restricted to just 13 appearances last season.
“With respect to Reuben, he has a wonderful left foot and it’s great to have him back on the training pitch. We’ve now got to get him up to match pace,” said Hill.
“He’s a player I wanted back on the training pitch and not injured, so I can play him in a three-man midfield.”
