DICKO TO STAY WITH WOLVES

-

THEY say that speed kills, so it is no surprise that Wolves boss Paul Lambert was delighted to tie Nouha Dicko down to a new deal.

The 24-year-old striker missed most of last season with a cruciate ligament injury but having returned this year, he has penned a new contract at Molineux until 2020.

“Players like Nouha are really difficult to find, with such genuine speed,” said Lambert.

“He is a major threat to opposition defenders with his pace and now I think he just needs to get a goal under his belt.

“He is still only a young guy – he has his whole career in front of him.”
