BENTLEY FUTURE IN BALANCE

-

MORECAMBE manager Jim Bentley is mulling over his future at the club but won’t make any decisions until the end of the season.

Wages have been paid late to staff and players three times this campaign and the Shrimps are also enduring a period of uncertainty due to an ongoing ownership battle.

Bentley, 40, has been in charge since 2011, when he was initially player-manager, and will consider his options once the League Two campaign is over.

He said: “I’m going to assess everything myself because I can’t have another year like I’ve had this year.”
