Born: Oswestry, 1974 (age 42) 1991-1999 Came through the ranks at Shrews­bury, mak­ing his de­but at the age of 17. Helped the Shrews to the Divi­sion Three ti­tle in 1993-94 and went on to make 238 ap­pear­ances, scor­ing 36 goals. 1999-2002 Moved to Brent­ford for £110,000 in March 1999 and helped the Bees se­cure the Divi­sion Three ti­tle that sea­son. Played 155 games for Brent­ford, net­ting 34 goals, in three and a half years. Me­morably scored from the half­way line in a 2-2 draw against Pre­ston in 1999. Suf­fered de­feat in the LDV Vans Tro­phy fi­nal against Port Vale in 2001 and to Stoke in the Divi­sion Two play-off fi­nal in 2002, both at Cardiff. Made his in­ter­na­tional de­but for Wales in a goal­less draw against the Czech Repub­lic in March 2002 and also played against Croa­tia later that year. 2002-2006 Joined Brad­ford City on a free in Au­gust 2002 and then had loans at Black­pool and Not­ting­ham For­est be­fore join­ing the lat­ter per­ma­nently. Helped the Reds stay up in 2003-04 but couldn’t pre­vent them be­ing rel­e­gated the fol­low­ing sea­son. Had a loan spell at Rother­ham in late 2005. 2006-2017 Joined Swin­don in 2006 and helped them win pro­mo­tion from League Two. Re­turned to Brad­ford and fin­ished his ca­reer with Ox­ford United, FC Hal­i­fax Town and Fars­ley Celtic. Cur­rently first team masseur with Leeds.
