RED-HOT LUTON BASH GRECIANS IN SUMMIT RACE

FREE-SCORING Luton roared to the top of the table with a stunning 4-1 victory at fellow promotion challenger­s Exeter on Tuesday.

James Collins, Dan Potts, Danny Hylton and Harry Cornick all netted as the Hatters ran riot. Victory lifted them from third to first and increased their goal difference to a whopping +22 from 14 games.

Tom Pope notched two goals for the second game running as Port Vale’s revival under boss Neil Aspin continued. Vale won 3-0 at Morecambe, Cristian Montano also netting.
