Best mate? Zander Diamond. We were together at Northampton Town, so I knew him for a year there and we got on really well. It’s nice to have a familiar face or two when you go somewhere new – it helps you settle. Last to buy dinner? Danny Rose. We haven’t had many dinners together, but I think it’s most likely to be him. I hear people asking him for his fines, so it could be him. Worst dressed? Jacob Mellis. He comes in a shirt with jeans and shoes, thinking he’s smart, but it doesn’t go together. He’s got this chequered shirt I’ve seen him in a few times. He loves that one. I’ve seen much worse at previous clubs, but he needs to keep that in the wardrobe and I’ve let him know. Dressing room DJ? Rhys Bennett. He generally does match days and most training days. I’d say he’s No.1 DJ, but we also have Bobby Olejnik or Alex MacDonald. They’re more up my street as they play a bit more house, but Rhys goes for grime. Half the stuff I’ve got no idea what is going on, but people seem to like it. Always late for training? It will have to be Jacob Mellis, again. He’s had a few warnings and a few fines. He’s been later than most. I hear Omari Sterling has also been late. It’s probably between those two. I’m never late. Teacher’s pet? A tough one, but Zander Diamond. He’s club captain and has the most rapport with the manager. Both are very Scottish and big Celtic fans. They seem to have their own banter going on about Celtic. They talk a lot about old players, too. First on the dance floor? Kane Hemmings. He jokes around in the changing room, doing dance moves. I have no idea what sort of dance it is. There are a lot of footsteps and arm movements. I imagine he’ll get some attention for it. Most likely to disgrace himself at a Christmas party? Alex MacDonald. He’s one of the louder ones, a bit of a joker with the lads. I’ve not had any nights out yet, but I reckon he’d be the one enjoying a laugh and a joke – and maybe take it a step too far. FIFA king? I don’t play it myself, but I’ve heard Rhys Bennett is the main man. He’s apparently got the best Ultimate Team. Apparently, he’s got Pele in his team, supposedly the best player in the game. I have no idea what any of that means, but I saw a video of his reaction to getting Pele and he was dancing around screaming. I assume it’s good. Worst tattoos? Some of the lads have quite good ones, so a lot of people would say it’s the tattoo I have on my back. It’s my family’s coat of arms, but many people say it looks like the Nottingham Forest or Wigan Athletic logo. It’s neither, I can assure you, but it means a lot to me. Likely to make the best manager? Zander Diamond. He’s captain and we did our coaching badges together last season. He did his UEFA B as well in the summer, so I reckon he could go into it.
