team mates

- Frank Nouble Newport County striker

Best mate? I’ve known the captain, Joss Labadie, the longest. He actually used to clean my boots when I was at West Brom with him back in 2010. I was on loan there from West Ham at the time. He’s a great lad and we get on well. Last to buy dinner? The tightest in the team would be Ben Tozer. He really doesn’t know the definition of getting a round in for the boys. I’d say that he’s definitely the most tightfisted, without a doubt. Worst dressed? That would be Padraig Amond. He wears pink trainers with tracksuits. He’s a bit old school and I’m worried that he might be a bit stuck in the 80s when it comes to fashion. Always late for training? That’s quite a tough one to answer. Everyone is usually all right with that, but I would say Calaum Jahraldo-Martin is one that’s always a minute or two late. All of us are actually pretty good when it comes to time-keeping. Teacher’s pet? That would be Dan Butler. He and the coaches do have a bit of a weird relationship, but he gets on really well with them. First on the dancefloor? That would be our new signing, Emmanuel Osadebe, who joined us in January. He loves dancing. He’s always posting himself dancing on Snapchat and he’s got some good moves, to be fair to him. Most likely to disgrace himself at a Christmas party? Ben White. He’s on loan from Brighton and he’s quite new, so we’ve been doing a lot of bonding things since he arrived. He’s probably the one that’s most likely to embarrass himself. He’s not got a brain cell in him! He’s a good lad, though. FIFA king? Right now, it’s Tyler Reid. At the moment, he’s brought the PlayStation to his room. It’s likely to change but he hasn’t got any kids, so he has the time to sit there and play it every day. Worst tattoos? Aaron Collins or Paul Hayes. Both of them are up there for having the worst tattoos. One of them is having a mid-life crisis and one is 20 (Collins) and has got one on his bum! Mistakes are being made all over the place. Likely to make the best manager? That’s probably Scot Bennett. He’s got a wise head and he’s a really good listener, so he’d take things in. He’s quite a cool, calm and collected character. He’s got the right qualities. Most players like to have a manager like that, one that makes calculated decisions, so he’s definitely one that could go on and be a manager after he finishes playing.
