Tanker lorry hit by fire on motorway

FIRE crews tackled a tanker lorry blaze on the M90. Emergency services were called to the scene south of the Friarton Bridge in Perthshire at about 6.30am yesterday following reports of a petrol tanker on fire. The blaze was brought under control. Nobody was injured and the southbound carriageway was soon reopened.
