Prison absconder is recaptured

A PRISONER who absconded from an open jail has been found by police. Brian Traynor, 37, was found in Cumbernauld, North Lanarkshire, yesterday after police issued an appeal following his failure to return from a period of leave to HMP Castle Huntly, near Dundee. Police were informed of his disappearance on Wednesday afternoon.
