Marchers mark Nemtsov shooting

-

MOSCOW: Thousands of people marched in the streets to mark two years since opposition leader Boris Nemtsov was gunned down outside the Kremlin. He was a fierce critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin and his death appeared to be a contract killing. Participants carried Russian flags and placards with quotes from Mr Nemtsov, including: “if there’s Putin, there’s no Russia”.
