Suspect let go without charge
A MAN arrested by police investigating the alleged hacking of an iCloud account belonging Pippa Middleton has been released without charge.
Police said the man, understood to be Nathan Wyatt, 35, from Northamptonshire, was released on Friday.
The Metropolitan Police said a man had been arrested on suspicion of unauthorised access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences, contrary to the Computer Misuse Act.
“A case file was subsequently submitted to the Crown Prosecution Service, but following CPS advice, the man was released with no further action on September 8.”
