Suspect let go without charge

A MAN arrested by police investigat­ing the alleged hacking of an iCloud account belonging Pippa Middleton has been released without charge.

Police said the man, understood to be Nathan Wyatt, 35, from Northampto­nshire, was released on Friday.

The Metropolit­an Police said a man had been arrested on suspicion of unauthoris­ed access with intent to commit or facilitate commission of further offences, contrary to the Computer Misuse Act.

“A case file was subsequent­ly submitted to the Crown Prosecutio­n Service, but following CPS advice, the man was released with no further action on September 8.”
