Tenancy deal website hailed

LANDLORDS have welcomed a website which will allow them to create tenancy agreements which comply with new legislation.

The Scottish Association of Landlords believes the Scottish Government site will make it easier to comply with the requirements for new tenancy agreements from December 1.

The association’s chief executive, John Blackwood, said: “We hope this website will help educate both tenants and landlords regarding their respective rights and responsibilities, and help to drive rogue players out of the market.”
