Mckinlay in consultancy role for law firm

-

LEGAL firm Anderson Strathern has appointed private client lawyer Sarah Mckinlay as a consultant from the former HBJ Gateley, now Addleshaw Goddard.

She arrives with more than 20 years of expertise in the sector, with a particular focus on high net worth clients.

She also specialises in succession planning and working with business owners and their families, complementing the firm’s top level private client offering in these areas.

Ms Mckinlay’s appointment follows several hires into the firm’s private client team, including David Campbell from Balfour & Manson and Anne Henderson from DWF (formerly Biggart Baillie), and coincides with the recent announcement of dual-qualified partner Carole Tomlinson as the first woman to head Anderson Strathern’s private client team.

Last month Anderson Strathern announced a 2.5% rise in turnover to £21.5 million for the year to August.
