POLICE TWEET ‘COULD LOOK PARTISAN’

THE METROPOLITAN Police has admitted it could have been clearer in a tweet that appeared to lend support to “Stop the War” protesters marching against the war in Gaza. In a tweet on Saturday evening, the Met said: “Thank you to all those who took part in the official @STWuk March & Rally today. Now peacefully concluded.”
