TALKING of simchahs, Channel 4’s hourlong Howtoloseweightwell show on Monday featured Watford mums Emma and Elisa, who both signed up to shift the pounds ahead of a friend’s daughter’s batmitzvah. But it seems Elisa got off lighter than Emma; while the former was put on non-meat diet focused on her blood type, the latter had to commit to a six-week menu of sauerkraut, pickles and other fermented food . Both happily reached their targets in time.
