Quiet for most housebuyers, August smashe s i t for one section of the property market. The football premiership’s transfer window means a select but fabulously wealthy band of young men will want accommodation to match their means.
Estate agents may be tracking Danny Drinkwater’s potential £20 million move from Leicester to Spurs, while a possible hop to Arsenal for Jose Fonte, the Southampton defender and Barcelona’s Jeremy Mathieu also put them in the running for a London flat.
Earlier in the summer, Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck was linked to the Miram House development by Artemi and Gibbs, in Hadley Wood. I still attend almost all England home games and, with the whole area now being re-developed by Quintain, it will be even more special to a new generation of fans and local residents,” he says.
